She is specialized in rehabilitation and weight training. She not only helps people to make themselves physically strong but also mentally strong through meditation. Her mantra for fitness is to believe in yourself.

Rahul Bhosale


Rahul is a movement artist,  a 1 stripe Shaolin kung fu Martial artist, K11 certified trainer, and had done CPR training. He likes to improve people’s well-being and improve movement which directs playfulness within each human being! He believes that just don’t expose yourself for the sake of training to become famous, creating an identity but expose your training to become a great example to train and move.

Rutika Sable


Rutika specializes in Strength training, yoga, animal flow, and gymnastics. She is a 4 state-level rope – mallakhamb player, district-level yoga trainer, 3 national-level aerial silk, CSM in 3rd Year PDMC and Awarded as “Best Cadet Gold Medal” in 3rd year. Her mantra of fitness is – Never give up. Just take 1 hour for yourselves to do any type of exercise which makes you fresh.
